About our listings

We work hard to keep listings accurate, but homes are sold, rented or withdrawn quickly, and details such as price, size and features can change. Prices are shown in US dollars, and rent is shown per month.

• A listing is an invitation to enquire. It is not an offer that you can accept.
• Photos and descriptions are a guide. Please view the property before you decide.
• Nothing is agreed until it is confirmed in a written contract.

Before you buy or rent

We check documents before we list a property, but you should still read everything before you sign and get independent legal advice. Please do not rely on this website alone for a decision that involves a large amount of money.

Enquiries and viewings

It is free to browse, ask questions and view a property. We aim to reply the same working day, but we cannot promise it. We will only use the details you send us as set out in our privacy policy.

Protect yourself from fraud

We never ask for a fee to enquire or to view a property. If someone claims to be from Larkfield Estates and asks you for money, stop and check with us first on +233 25 6208 076 or at hello@larkfieldestates.quode.

Using the website

Please do not:

• send false, abusive or spam enquiries,
• copy listings in bulk with automated tools,
• try to break into, overload or disrupt the site or its admin area,
• use the site for anything unlawful.

Our content

The text, design, logo, photos and video on this site belong to Larkfield Estates. You may view them and share links, but you may not copy or reuse them commercially without our written permission.

Links to other services

We link to services such as WhatsApp. We do not control them and are not responsible for what they do with your details.

Our responsibility

We provide this website as it is, and we cannot promise it will always be available or free of errors. To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for losses that come from relying on the website, or from it being unavailable. Nothing here limits any right you have that the law does not allow us to limit.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ghana, and the courts of Ghana can settle any dispute about them.
