Privacy policy

This page explains what we do with your personal details when you use this website or get in touch with Larkfield Estates. We have tried to keep it short and plain. If anything is unclear, ask us.

Who we are

Larkfield Estates is the business that runs this website and decides how your details are used. You can reach us at hello@larkfieldestates.quode, on +233 25 6208 076, or at 12 Maple Street, Airport Residential, Accra.

What we collect

• When you send an enquiry: your name, email address, phone number (optional), your message, and the property you asked about, if any.
• When you contact us another way: if you message us on WhatsApp, call or email, we see your number or email address and whatever you tell us.
• Technical details: your IP address and browser details are processed by our hosting and security tools so the site loads, stays secure and can tell people from bots.

We do not ask for payment details, identity documents or anything sensitive through this website.

Why we use it

• To reply to your enquiry and arrange viewings.
• To keep the website secure and stop spam and abuse.
• To meet our legal duties, for example if we are required to keep records.

We handle personal data in line with the Data Protection Act, 2012 (Act 843) of Ghana. We only use your details to deal with your request. We do not use them for advertising and we never sell them.

Cookies

This site does not use advertising or analytics cookies. The spam check may use small technical storage in your browser to tell people from bots. Our staff get a login cookie when they sign in to the admin area. If we add analytics or anything else that tracks visitors, we will update this page first.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries for as long as we need them to deal with your request, and for a reasonable time afterwards in case you come back with questions. After that we delete them. If you want yours deleted sooner, ask us.

Your rights

You can ask us to:

• show you the details we hold about you,
• correct anything that is wrong,
• delete your details,
• stop using your details for a particular purpose.

Email hello@larkfieldestates.quode and we will answer as soon as we can. If you are not happy with how we handle your details, you can also complain to the Data Protection Commission of Ghana.

Children

This website is for adults. We do not knowingly collect details from anyone under 18.

Changes to this page

If we change how we use your details, we will update this page and the date at the top. Our terms of use explain the rules for using the site.
